San Fransisco

The Bay Bridge

Saturday morning started with an Anusara class over at Yoga Kula with Darcy Lyon. Happy Hips! Great way to start the weekend. After yoga, I stopped in at Tartine Bakery for croissants and they were the BEST EVER!!!!! I've sampled croissants from around the world (Shanghai, Vietnam, Canada, USA and throughout Paris) and hands down Tartine tops. An absolute must!

Zach, a street poet, offering us a poem. We gave him two words to riff off: dragon, Blitz.

Ferry Building Market - Artisan Cheese, Blue Bottle Coffee & other yummy finds.

Sunday morning started with a vinyasa class by Rusty Wells at Urban Yoga - which was one of the BEST yoga sessions EVER. It wasn't the sequencing, it wasn't the poses, but had everything to do with Rusty's sweet soul, disco balls, drumming and chanting. Bhakti was flowing! Loved this little message at the studio that went something like this:
After class, I swung by the San Francisco Yoga Journal Conference for a coffee with one of my mentors, Gloria Latham, and caught a hug from Eoin Finn. It's sooo good to see good friends at random places and spaces.
