Swan Lake Sunday

Ok, so it wasn't Swan Lake I saw today, but Giselle. However, this was the first ballet I've been to since the hype of last year's Black Swan. And I love, love, loved it!


I landed out in the middle of Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba for a one month yoga teacher training and what better than to start this month-long adventure than to do something beyond inspiring?


Everything from the choreography, costume design, set design to the sheer talent of the dancers was fabulous!

This is actually Evelyn Hart, Canada's prima ballerina who, once upon a time, was the principle dancer with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. I love this image: grace, elegance and fluidity.
