inquire + inspire celebrates 3 years today!!!! What started out as a platform to find a moment of inquiry and inspiration has evolved beyond a daily stop from people around the world into a yoga school. It amazes me how one little sparkle of an idea can transform into something so much brighter than I had originally imagined.
Over the year's of writing + reflecting, what's become clear to me is that at the heart of inquire + inspire is the impetus to lead a healthy life. Health isn't just about what you feed your body but what you feed your soul.
